When a group of Dixieland jazz musicians start playing, an interested audience of cows gathers and listens intently.

Just before she was to be slaughtered, Yvonne the cow managed to escape from her farm in Germany. She spent the next three months dodging local police and foraging with groups of deer, earning cult-like status among the German public. She finally gave up her fugitive lifestyle by jumping a fence to join a group of her bovine peers at a farm near the Austrian border.

When a farmer began wondering why the cows he locked up in the barn every night were mysteriously out in the fields every morning, he set up video surveillance, suspecting local thieves.  Instead he discovered that one cow had learned to pick the locks itself.

Apparently cows, camels, and dogs everywhere have figured out the workings of wells and water fountains.

Bovine residents of a British farm receive snacks while being milked by a farmer who pulls a lever to feed each cow during the milking.  As the above clip shows, one resourceful cow repeatedly flicks her feeding switch back to its original position after getting her initial feeding, sometimes leading her owner to pull the lever again and scoring her a second meal.
